Fraccionamiento Universo II y III, firmaron y recibieron las escrituras que avalan la posesi\u00f3n de sus predios, gracias al esfuerzo conjunto entre los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal<\/p>\n<p>Tras una petici\u00f3n muy sentida al Presidente Municipal de Guadalupe, Pepe Sald\u00edvar, las familias beneficiadas recibieron de manos del alcalde las escrituras de sus casas y terrenos que acreditan la propiedad de sus inmuebles a muy bajo costo, dando certeza jur\u00eddica a los habitantes de esa zona.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium Gobernador del Estado David Monreal \u00c1vila por llevar a cabo este tipo de acciones que tienen como finalidad buscar el bienestar de la ciudadan\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de dar certeza jur\u00eddica a su patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA partir de ahora 190 familias en Guadalupe pueden decir que tienen sus escrituras y esto solo es haciendo equipo con el gobierno federal, estatal y municipal, entre los tres estamos tomando decisiones acertadas pensando en mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias guadalupenses\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que por parte del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Zacatecas, estuvieron presentes la diputada local Susana Barrag\u00e1n Espinoza, as\u00ed como el diputado Sa\u00fal Cordero Becerril, quienes han sido importantes aliados de los gobiernos estatal y municipal, en la generaci\u00f3n de bienestar a las y los habitantes de Guadalupe.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-503 aligncenter\" los tres niveles de gobierno por hacer posible este beneficio, el cual consider\u00f3 como un sue\u00f1o hecho realidad, \u201cle agradezco mucho se\u00f1or Presidente, porque por fin esta firma se ha formalizado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este mismo sentido, Luz Eugenia P\u00e9rez Haro, Secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial, asegur\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n trabajando de la mano con el gobierno municipal, para seguir beneficiando a las y los guadalupenses.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, cabe se\u00f1alar que no es la primera vez que edil realiza entrega de escrituras en el
